Halee Ballash

Haylee Young Ballash has toured and performed in locations all over the United States, such as California, Washington D.C., Florida, Hawaii, New York and the Bahamas. Performing and/or training with professional companies such as Ballet West, Ririewoodbury, and Repertory Dance Theatre, Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance, and Alvin Ailey.

Her training began at Utah Artists’ School of Ballet and expanded into all forms theater, dancing, singing and performing. She has been a principle dancer in Utah Artists’ Junior Ballet Company, President and Vice-President of the Bingham High School Dance Company, head cheerleader, soloist in Encore’s Elite Singer-Dancers, Vice-president of the Utah Valley State College Song’n Dance Company, and lead in may plays and musicals. Halee was a professional choreographer and music director at Encore Academy of Entertainment for five years, and has taught dance previously in studios such as: Encore, Dance Design, and Wasatch Arts. She has also taught private dance since 1998, and judged at many auditions, competitions, and choreographed musicals. Halee is a college scholarship recipient for dance and theatre departmental scholarships, and looks forward to sharing her expertise with The Dance Studio family.
