Financial Obligations


  1. The RhythMotion membership fee for the 2010-2011 season (August-May) is $500.00.  You may make a one time payment in August, or a monthly payment of $50.00 per month.   Balances are to be paid before the 10th of each month.  A late fee of $25.00 will add to your balance after the 10th.
    • Membership Fee Covers:
      • Thursday  Company Classes/Rehearsals
      • Weekend Rehearsals
      • Small Group Choreography
      • Large Group Choreography
      • Production Choreography
      • Music producing and editing
      • Costume selection and design
  2. There will be a one time annual fee for the Artistic Directors travel expenses. $75.00 for Company members. Checks must be made payable to RhythMotion  and must be paid by 10/1/10. The Artistic Director’s travel expenses will be paid by RhythMotion on a mandatory event basis.
  3. It is required to attend, and pay for, the entire one week of our summer intensive program.  If you are unable to attend you are still required to pay in full.
  4. It is mandatory that you attend and pay for all mandatory master classes and conventions.
  5. You must be willing to purchase any additional shoes, costumes, tights, company uniform, accessories, etc….. Needed to conform with the company.  Please refer to the Company check list to see what this entails.
  6. Solos, Duets and Trios are appointed by the Director only.
    • Solos cost $350.00
    • Duets $300.00
    • Trios $450.00

    This includes: Music selection and editing, Choreography, 4 private lessons, costume selection or design.After your 4 lessons you may get more private lessons at $65 per hour

  7. All regular classes need to be attended on a regular basis and all rehearsals are mandatory.
  8. Demi Company- 1 Primary Class per week and 1 Rehearsal day.
  9. Tween Company- 3 Classes per week required (Jazz, Ballet & 1 elective/Tap or Hip Hop) & 1 rehearsal day.
  10. Jr., Teen & Sr Company- Unlimited dance required. Ballet Required and Thurs rehearsal day. Plus any Fri & Sat rehearsals.
  11. R/M Parents are required to be involved with the RhythMotion Parent Association meetings, fund raisers and Company Christmas Show.
  12. Last but certenly not least, come with a great attitude to Dance, have fun and work very hard….. keep Smiling
